When you walk in the front door, you are greeted with 600 square feet of vaulted ceilings. The main floor also includes an office, a walk through formal entrance closet, a mudroom with custom lockers and bench seating, a family room, dining room, and oversized kitchen with walk in pantry. The second floor boasts a luxurious master bedroom, ensuite and generous walk in closet, a laundry room, two bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. The basement houses an open rec area, bedroom, gym, bathroom and bar.
Some of our favourite features include the 20 foot high vaulted ceilings that highlights the custom coffered ceilings, the year round heated sunroom – with windows wrapping every wall, the basement gym – with its cork flooring and 20 feet of floor to ceiling glass, the painted and trimmed out triple car garage – with polyspardic flooring.
